With the broad knowledge within the company, InnovaStor is able to troubleshoot a lot of issues in complex, multi-disipline environments. We have troubleshooted a lot of issues for customers, ranging from backup issues, configuration issues, performance issues and component failures. Some recent examples are:

• Virtual connect issues (LAN topology and Core switch issues)
• Switch configuration issues 
• HP P4000 cluster does not register (DNS problems)
• Storage performance issue due to incorrect load balancing
• Backup does not run (Incorrect Job configuration)
